Your local pharmacy is able to help you treat common minor symptoms such as coughs, colds, diarrhoea, headache, some types of rashes and can provide emergency contraception. The  Hounslow urgent care centre is located at West Middlesex Hospital. Patients arriving at the centre will be assessed and either treated at the urgent care centre, referred on to the Emergency Department or back into primary care, depending on their condition.

 

Outside of the normal working hours there are GPs who are on call. If you have an urgent medical problem that cannot wait until the surgery is open call NHS 111 on 111 who will give you telephone advice and can arrange for urgent medical attention if necessary.
 

 



 
If you are seriously ill and need emergency medical care dial 999 for an ambulance. A&E will treat problems such as chest pain, difficulty breathing,loss of consciousness, possible stroke, etc. Your nearest A&E are: West Middlesex Hospital, Twickenham Road, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 6AF.
