Your Rights And Responsibilities

It is your responsibility, as a patient, to attend your appointment. If you are unable to do so, please cancel as soon as possible. You have a right to be treated confidentially and politely. If for any reason you have been waiting for over 30 minutes for your appointment please speak with a receptionist.

Medical staff will advice you of the treatment they think appropriate. No care or treatment will be given without your informed consent. If a referral is necessary, a routine referral will be sent within one week. Urgent referrals will be made within 24 hours.

This practice has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards verbal and physical aggression towards our staff and patients. Such behaviour will always be dealt with seriously and may result in informing the police, and removal from our list.
